Cancellation & Refund Policy

At TurHire, we are committed to providing a seamless and high-quality digital recruitment experience. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which purchases made on our platform can be cancelled or refunded.
1. Nature of Digital Services
TurHire provides digital credits, software-as-a-service (SaaS) tools, and data sourcing capabilities. Because our services and credits are assigned and delivered to your account instantly upon successful payment, they are inherently irreversible digital goods.
2. Cancellation Policy
We believe in giving our users total control over their accounts:
- Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time directly from your TurHire Dashboard.
- Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel an active subscription, no future charges will be applied. However, you will retain access to your currently purchased credits until their specific validity period expires (e.g., 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).
- Account Deletion: Deleting your account will immediately forfeit any remaining credits without a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility Criteria
Refunds are strictly governed by the following rules:
- Eligible for Refund: Duplicate charges due to technical errors, or failure of the system to allocate credits to your account within 24 hours of a successful transaction.
- Not Eligible for Refund: Once credits have been partially or fully utilized for campaigns or sourcing, or if the user simply changes their mind after purchasing a plan.
4. Refund Processing Time
If your refund request is approved in writing by the TurHire Support Team, the following timelines apply:
- Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment used during the purchase (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
- Please allow 5 to 7 standard business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you have a valid claim for a refund based on the criteria above, you must submit a formal request within 72 hours of the transaction.
Please email our billing department with the following details:
- Your registered TurHire Email Address
- The Transaction ID / Receipt Number
- A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
