Welcome to TurHire. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TurHire website, platform, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

TurHire provides a comprehensive digital platform connecting enterprises, recruiters, and job candidates. We offer talent sourcing tools, applicant tracking integration, and recruitment campaign management. TurHire acts solely as a facilitator and does not guarantee employment for candidates or successful hires for employers.

2. User Accounts & Security

To utilize specific features of TurHire, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription Plans, Payments & Credit Validity

TurHire operates on a credit-based subscription model. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. Credits are used for launching campaigns and sourcing candidate data.

Credit Validity Periods: Unused credits will automatically expire based on the duration of the subscription plan you select at checkout:

• Monthly Plan: Credits are valid for exactly 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Quarterly Plan: Credits are valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date of purchase.
• Half-Yearly Plan: Credits are valid for 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase.
• Annual Plan: Credits are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase.

Credits do not roll over upon expiration unless expressly stated in a specific promotional offer. All payments made to TurHire are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the TurHire platform to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive job listings or candidate profiles.
• Extract, scrape, or systematically collect data from the platform using automated bots.
• Harass, abuse, or engage in discriminatory behavior toward any candidate, recruiter, or employee.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to breach the security of the platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, software code, algorithms, and designs related to the TurHire ecosystem are the exclusive property of TurHire and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The TurHire platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no guarantees regarding the quality, background, or suitability of candidates or the legitimacy of every job posted, though we strive to maintain a heavily vetted network.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TurHire and its founders, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

8. Modifications to Terms

TurHire reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
